CVS and Target usually have a natural %26amp; organic section. Try Physician's Formula for great products that are fairly inexpensive.
Also, many grocery stores have them such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe's. If you have any organic co-ops near you, try there as well!Which stores carry organic eyeliner and mascara?
