I was wondering if there is a special mascara or eyelash conditioner that is good for your eyelashes? I've been wearing mascara everyday for 2 years and i'm scared sooner of later they will fall out. Can anyone help?
and please don't tell me not to wear mascara because it gives a natural look and i hate eyeliner.A good mascara or eyelash conditioner?
i have neutrogena healthy volume mascara.
i LOVE this. when i use it i get no clumps and it doesn't flake off during the day. i wish they had waterproof though so i could wear it when i swim

Well apparently maybelline great lash conditions your lashes, and acts as a mascara as well.
I've heard you can also put a bit of vaseline on your eyelashes everynight before you go to bed to strengthen them.
I don't know for sure, but you can try it :)
Diorshow is the best mascara out there and is worth the money. As far as your eyelashes falling out, they do that anyway but they do grow back.

Is there any way to get black mascara off w/out eye makeup remover?
My eyes are sensitive, i like waterproof mascara, but when i try to get it off with eye makeup remover (even the ones for sensitive eyes) it makes my eyelids sting. Does anyone know anything else i could use to get it off?Is there any way to get black mascara off w/out eye makeup remover?

Chanel Immitable is really amazing. I just bought it and already it's my favorite mascara.
It lengthens really well, curls, separates and volumizes without clumps. And you can just slap it on rather than having to curl it, carefully apply it and comb it through like I use to with my maybeline mascara. And it dries fast
And the waterproof version is also really good because it doesnt come off easily.
A couple of other good mascara is Estee Lauder's Lash XL mascara and Projectionist. Magnascopic clumps a lot and flakes.

mascara. It seems to definine and lengthen your lashes, I've tried a few others but it is definately my favourite, of all the mascara's I can afford :P
It's called CHANEL Inimitable Multi Dimensional Mascara but if you don't like Chanel, I've heard that the Estee Lauder mascara is good :)

My favourite mascara would have to be Maxfactor masterpiece. I have Maybelline's define-a-lash, but that tends to crumble off when i touch my lashes. The Masterpiece one gets right into the corners and coats every single lsh with mascara. I love it!

Foundation: Phytogenic. I got it at a random makeup shop that asians work at. It was $30 for a decent sized bottle, and i thought i'd give it a go. I love it so much! It covers evrything, without looknig cakey, and you dont even need much! It also doesnt give me a makeup line at my jawline, and its non-greasy, even though its liquid.

tip: for extra long lashes apply a coat on top and bottom lashes. then let it dry and apply another coat. keep doing this until your happy with your length. comb through ti with a lash comb and BAM super long lashes!

It's Aziza Magic Lashes and you can find it for $1 (yes, a measly buck!) at any Dollar Tree store (if you have one in your area).
I like to pick up cheap makeup and try it every now and then. This mascara is clump-free, stays put all day, and comes off very easily when I wash my face at night. It also comes with a handy built-in mirror.
Try Mary Kay Ultimate Mascara.
BEE LUSHcious from bee luscious is the best! I have been using it on my clients for that last year. I discovered this makeup line while ';out of commission'; due to surgery and fell in love with the results. My clients have never been happier and I have not had one complaint so far! You can find it by Google search.
Try Maybelline. I love that stuff. =D Also, make sure you get the waterproof kind, so it doesn't clump. ;)

You can still be allergic to hypoallergenic makeup. I'm allergic to sodium laureth sulfate, which is in practically all makeup. Mascara makes my eyes bloodshot and dried out. There are little glands (they look like holes) on the inner corners of your water lines. You should have one on your upper water line and one on the lower. These glands supply tears and natural oil to your eye. If you get ANY makeup in them it will clog them and dry out your eyes - and potentially cause eye infections. If you apply makeup be sure you don't get ANY in those glands and if yours are extra sensitive don't use ANY makeup of any kind on your water lines. Some people can handle it and some just can't.
be very careful my best bet is that ur probably hitting that semsitive place on ur eyelid. u know the flat pinkish part that touches the other part when u blink. its really hard to explain but yeah i think ur touching that with the mascara brush or pushing too hard with the eyeliner.
i do htat all hte time and always have to put eyedrops in my eye afterwards, and try only applying hte make up to the upper part of the eye, that helps. Also your conacts might have a reaction to it maybe???
i get my eyelashes tinted you get it done every 6-8 weeks i hate mascara as my eyes flicker to much and i rub my eyes- if they are tinted u dont have to worry about rubbing the mascara and having panda eyes

well as long as u kept it in a cool dark place, you are pretty good for now actually...the less air ur makeup is exposed to the less bacteria and the more preservation there is...you should replace ur mascara every 3 months...as its been 5 months, tossing it would be a good idea when you hitthe 6 month mark. even if it hasn't been opened too many times as bacteria does culture and grow in population overtime...and to solve ur waste problem if u don't use mascara too often, go to sephora or a makeup counter at a Macy's or a Dillard's or a Nordstrom, and get the sample size instead. they are much smaller and probably a bit better for someone who only uses mascara once a month...im saying 6 months is ur toss out date, because that is when the mascara it self is altered if u go past that...always store creamy or liquid products in cool dark dry places as they are always the first to go and you want to extend their life as much as you can.

because if you have blonde eyelashes you get to keep that pretty color and it lengthens you lashes. Plus some blondes don't always get to the very root of there lashes so its half black and half blonde. That doesn't happen with this mascara.

I LOVE MAC's fibrerich lash. Never clumps and works great, but the little fibers sometimes come off on your face during the day.

Mascara should probably last up to 6 months. You should definitely change your mascara if you notice the brush looks all gross or it is too clumpy. When it gets so clumpy that its really hard to apply to your lashes, its time to throw it out. This is a very personal question. Therefore answers will vary at what's acceptable. I personally have been wearing makeup since I was 11, I think i only wore eyeliner and lipstick though. I don't think I started wearing mascara til I was around 15. If you have long eyelashes I wouldn't even wear it period. I notice that it looks awful when it looks clumpy and not applied correctly. Maybe you should talk to your mom about this and get her insight. I think if you are old enough to buy your own and you learn how to put it on, when you are in high school. You shouldn't rush wearing makeup. Most women when they are older realize, hey I don't really need it unless I'm going somewhere special. My favorite mascara is L'Oreal telescopic, but its not waterproof. I'm having a going away party soon and I know I'll be crying my eyes out! Plus its a pool party, so I have to be able to swim with it. Oh, and please don't make it too pricey. :)

also i think we've developed the opening of the mouth tenique(shall i say) from our mothers or women motherly figures, cause i watched my mom put on her makeup when i was little and she opened her mouth, so i did it, but then last year, my friend asked me why i opened my mouth, and i was confused,because i had no freakin idea what she was talking about, but then i saw her do it, and i tried it and i came up with my theory(listed above) on why girls open there mouths.
you may say i have no life for coming up with that theory, but thats okay.
and also to ramble on, do you know how we close our eyes when we sneeze? well, thats a reflex you can control too, though it takes alot of practice. ive tried sneeze with my eyes open when i learned that ad its mad hard. lol

Congratulations on staying natural for so long... for some girls that is really hard and I am sure that you must be really pretty if you can do that.
However, mascara is put on really easily, you just hold the brush and swipe upwards on each eye on the top eyelashes and maybe the bottom for a more severe look. The more strokes you take... the darker and longer they will look.
Eye liner is a little bit trickier and there are many ways of doing it... you can apply it on the top lid or the bottom lid for a sharper look. For more subtle hold one eye shut with you finger and with the other hand draw a small line right near the eye lash line of the top lid but dont go all the way to the inside corner of your eye, stop about halfway. To do the bottom lid, just do the same thin line very close to your eyelashes and the end of your eyelid but don't go all the way to the corners of your eyes.
And lastly, false eyelashes have the directions on the box... all of them are different. Some you glue on with glue that comes with it and some come pre-sticky.

benefit (badgal lash) and also dior mascara are really awesome.. bourjos mascaras are really great too.. estee lauder (magnascopic) is the one i am currently using and it really works great for me... i dont need to use the curler because the mascara already gives you extra volume... and plus eyelash curlers are really bad... because the more u use it the less lashes you will have ... so its not good ur lashes will fall out... im not joking... anyway another tip for extra long lashes is take a spoon and sorta press it against your eyelid.... use the current mascara you have and just keep brushing your lashes against the plastic spoon.. works for most people ... alright well good luck

You can try L'Oreal voluminous. It has that old fashioned thick brush and you will get a lot of product on the brush. Which mascara are you using BTW? The brush must be really small, otherwise with any standard brush you don't need to dip more than once. And any brush that gets a lot of mascara on it tends to produce clumpy results. This l'Oreal one is not that clumpy though, the formula is quite nice.

its a reflex.
when you put your head back like that your mouth naturally opens itself/the airway.
it may not seem strong when your concious, but if someone was drowning and needed cpr the first thing a lifeguard would do is lay them down and place their head back in that position so the mouth would open.
it helps them focus and it makes your eyes and lashes ';bigger'; by stretching them which makes it easier to put on

I never understood that. As a former make-up artist to exotic dancers I would always have to tell them to shut their mouth. I have mine shut when I apply mine, guess because it is a pet peeve of mine when others do it.
In order to apply mascara most effectively, most women tilt their heads back and when you do that the muscles in your neck which are attached to your lower jaw are pulled and the mouth is automatically opened.It helps them keep their eyes open.When you put on your mascara you want to make your eyes as wide as possible so you automatically open your mouth which lengthens your face.

when you put your head back like that your mouth naturally opens itself/the airway.
it may not seem strong when your concious, but if someone was drowning and needed cpr the first thing a lifeguard would do is lay them down and place their head back in that position so the mouth would open.
it helps them focus and it makes your eyes and lashes ';bigger'; by stretching them which makes it easier to put on
helps me breath cz its difficult to breath throught the nose and not shake.

i heard it relaxes the muscles around your eyes making it easier to aplly mascara i do it too ! lol
