Are you supposed to throw away you mascara every three or six months?

You are supposed to throw out your mascara every three months. So the old bacteria doesn't spread around and cause you to have an eye infection. So please for the sake of your own good, throw out the mascara and start new every three months, NOT six.Are you supposed to throw away you mascara every three or six months?
I personally change mine monthly. When it starts getting the least bit dry, it's hard for me to apply it correctly. I do find however, that if it's more of a high end mascara, rather than drugstore, it lasts a good bit longer.Are you supposed to throw away you mascara every three or six months?
yeah it's safe to because it can get bacteria and germs and you can get an eye infection.but you can probably keep it a little longer then that btw when does your school start mines August 18
oops...naw, it should be fine. What is the worst that can happen? I've had my same mascara for the longest time.
