Cover Girl Lash Blast... its probably the best mascara i've used in a lonnnnnng time.What is the best mascara for volumizing, lengthing, curling, not waterproof, for under $20?
I believe Smashbox is around $19...


Studio Gear is $13.50 and is sold at some Ulta stores... try those.. they are the best.





As for drugstore brands go with either


Maybelline Collosal or Covergirl Lashblast.

lash exact, by covergirl works REALLY good for me
