What do I put on first: Liquid Eyeliner or Mascara?

I'm getting ready for a dance, and im not sure which to put on first, and i dont wanna mess up. :)What do I put on first: Liquid Eyeliner or Mascara?
Eye liner.

Always do your eyeliner first. This way you can get really close to your eye and not worry about smudging your mascara or clumping your lashes. It is also helpful to do eyeliner first because you can get your eyeliner into your lash line without hardened mascara in the way. Hope I could help and good luck!
i always put the eyeliner last becuz sometimes id the liner is liquide it could stick yourlashes together.
