No, putting mascara on both top and bottom lashes does not make them look smaller, it does quite the opposite in fact, especially if you use an eyelash curler before you apply it!





And when it comes to lining your eyes, It will make them look the biggest if you apply it only on the outer corners, blending it away once it gets to the middle.

eyeliner- really depends on the style of lining you are doing! sometimes yes sometimes no:)
