i just use cover girl water proof mascara and i love it. its cheap, lasts forever, and does NOT come off in any water!! love it!!What is the best waterproof eyeliner and mascara????

i love lancome, but chanel is also good, i have tried both. i would suggest lancome mascara and chanel eyeliner.
