The Maybelline Waterproof Volume Express Cat Eyes Mascara gives very dramatic lashes.It does not smudge and lasts the entire day well.
I found the maybelline 'the collosal volum express' to be like fake eyelashes.
Good for dramatic looks
Lancome Hypnose or Diorshow. If you want really dramatic, just keep layering them multiple times.
