Eyeliner is annoying and overdone. If anything, go for lipgloss. But while you are under your parents roof, and underage, they have the right to tell you what to do.My parents only let me wear mascara and i really want 2 wear different kinds of make up?
you could dab the tip of the mascara against your eyelid and smudge it. It looks like smoky eyeliner.
I used to wear mascara to school then put eyeliner on when i get there then wipe it off before the bell.


It was a pain but if its what you have to do.


or make up the excuse and say your mascara was running so it looks like eyeliner?
buy ur own eyeliner secretly, carry it around in ur purse, when they're not there, put it on.
let them know that you dont plan on over-do-ing the makeup, you just want a few more things. experiment with different ways to apply makeup before you go out in public. be careful with eyeliner, because it can look harsh if you use too much, especially black.
eye shadow works great as eyeliner. just apply it like regular eyeliner and you're set. it may not last as long always but there's a bigger variety in colour.
you dont need to wear eyeliner at a young age but if you MUST wear it. go for brown.





wear it only around the house until they notice and then ask if it is okay since it is very subtle.





i think you should trade lipgloss for eyeliner. lipgloss allows more creativity and makes more of an impact with your look.

to make it more un-noticable go for brown


its more natural





to put on eyeliner, on the bottom : pull down your bottom lid and apply the liner smoothly to the edge where your eyelashes start. make sure its smooth and dont put to much on or you will not look like yourself. ( believe me, i kno tht from experience )





i dont recommend putting it on the top but if you want to : close your eye and pull at the farthest end of your eye from your nose. apply it right at your eyelash line and again, make sure its smooth.

Well girl, i say, DONT LET THEM KNOW YOU';RE WEARING MAKEUP. I'm a guy, and i wear it, i'm great at hiding it too. i wear some nice bright green eyeshadow, and purple eyeliner. No one mentions it, it's great, try it, it works!!!

You're too young to wear make-up and old enough to know not to disobey your parents. Wear some natural looking lip gloss and a brown mascara. That's quite enough.
Use a mascara that is so dark that it will work/show like an eyeliner.





Or apply some to the bottom of your lashes and intentionally smudge some. Then wash it with just water. It will appear a tad smudged which really looks like the work of eye liner.

I didn't start wearing makupe still like 13 years old.. I just didn't want to lol. it's such a pain, the more you wear, the more time it takes and if you mess up, you'll look like a mess at school.


ask them that instead of going crazy and looking like a tramp that you would like to start wearing a pale eyeshadow color, light mascara and eyeliner. [:


its their choice... but you can easily do it at school and remove it before you get home you know?

go to the makeup counter at a mall with your mom/dad tell them you want a natural look. either get a light brown eyeliner or they can give you a cute natural look with eyeshadow and mascara.
