Barry M or Max Factor has the best coloured mascaras. Just layer the coats alot to get a really strong colour.
But the Max Factor one would be the best as it comes with it's Masterpiece Max mascara on the other end.

Mac have the best colour range and it's really striking so it shows up! Good quality too, if you want it to stay on you should opt for a waterproof mascara.
